GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1. Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") are concluded, on the one hand, by The Robin Lodge, a brand operated by VALAPI SRL, whose registered office is located at 7, Chemin Longues Aulnes, 1430 Rebecq, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number BE0770.425.963, hereinafter referred to as "the Company", and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.therobinlodge.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".

The Robin Lodge's main activity is the marketing of products, accessories, and equipment related to nature, wildlife observation, gardening, outdoor activities, and their respectful uses..

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by The Robin Lodge via the Site.

The GTC are the only applicable terms and replace all other conditions, unless prior, express, and written agreement from The Robin Lodge.

The Robin Lodge reserves the right to adapt or modify these GTC at any time. It is therefore advisable to consult the version in effect on the day of the order. The modifications are enforceable as soon as they are published online and apply to subsequent orders.

The present version of the GTC is dated March 18, 2025.

A printed version of these General Terms and Conditions and any electronic communication will be accepted in any judicial or administrative procedure, on the same basis as any other printed commercial document.

Article 2. Site Availability

The Robin Lodge strives to maintain access to the Site 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Access to the Site may, however, be temporarily suspended, whether scheduled or not, particularly for maintenance, updates, or for technical reasons beyond its control.

Article 3. Online Registration

Access to certain services on the Site, including the ordering process, requires the creation of a user account.

You can request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to hello@therobinlodge.com.

Unsubscribing will be effective within a period of 72 hours and confirmed by email. It does not affect obligations arising from previous orders.

Article 4. User Profile

From your "My Account" space, you can:

  • view and modify your personal data,
  • track the status of your orders,
  • view your purchase history.

Article 5. Description of Products

The products offered on The Robin Lodge are available as long as they appear on the Site.

Each product is accompanied by a description and, if applicable, photographs provided for informational purposes.

Display differences may exist depending on your computer equipment. These differences shall not hold The Robin Lodge liable if the product matches its description.

Article 6. Prices

Prices are indicated ineuros (€), VAT included.

Any delivery charges are specified at the time of ordering and summarized before final validation.

The Robin Lodge reserves the right to change its prices at any time, particularly in the event of changes in VAT, logistics, or production costs. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

The total amount confirmed during the order summary is the amount that will actually be charged.

Article 7. Ordering Process

Orders are placed exclusively via www.therobinlodge.com.

The order is considered final only after payment has been validated by the payment provider.

A confirmation email summarizing the order and delivery address is sent to the provided address.

It is your responsibility to ensure that this email is not blocked by a spam filter.

The Robin Lodge reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of fraud or attempted fraud.

Article 8. Payment

Payments are secure and made through the provider chosen by The Robin Lodge.

The Robin Lodge cannot be held responsible for the pricing or technical conditions specific to the payment provider.

Article 9. Product Availability

Products are offered within the limits of available stock.

In case of unavailability after ordering, you will be informed as soon as possible and can choose between:

  • cancelling the order with a refund,
  • or issuing a credit.

Article 10. Delivery

Deliveries can be made worldwide.

Delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering and are understood in business days.

Article 11. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14 calendar day period from the day after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless there are legal exceptions.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Article 12. Warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity.

Any request must be made in writing, accompanied by supporting documents and photos if necessary.

Article 13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, sounds) is the exclusive property of The Robin Lodge and is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Article 14. Liability

You are responsible for the information provided during the order.

The Robin Lodge cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the Site or the temporary inability to access it.

Article 15. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law..

In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels are the only competent authorities, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.

Article 16. Miscellaneous provisions

The contractual language is French.

If a clause is declared invalid, the other provisions remain fully applicable.

In case of an address error or absence during delivery, any additional costs will remain your responsibility.
